Unternehmensprofil

"Digital twin Cancer4D for identification of preferential responders"

Aileen Health develops Cancer4D, an AI platform predicting patient-specific response to cancer therapies. By modelling how the same patient could respond to alternative treatments, we identify preferential responders for therapy selection and clinical trial enrichment. Unlike general-purpose LLM approaches, Cancer4D is purpose-built for regulated clinical use and is currently undergoing clinical and regulatory validation.

Dieses Unternehmen ist in den folgenden Bereichen tätig:
Artificial Intelligence
Details:
Cancer4D is a purpose-built AI platform that predicts patient-specific response to different cancer therapies using longitudinal medical imaging and clinical context. It models how the same patient could respond to alternative therapies to identify preferential responders. Cancer4D is being developed for regulated clinical use, including patient stratification and predictive enrichment of oncology clinical trials, rather than as a general-purpose LLM solution.

Cancer4D

Cancer4D predicts how an individual cancer patient is likely to respond to different therapies, enabling the same patient to be evaluated across alternative treatment options virtually. It identifies preferential responders and is being developed for therapy selection and predictive enrichment of oncology trials. The technology combines longitudinal medical imaging with clinical and treatment context and is designed for regulated clinical use.
